This page explains how you can request deletion of your BrokeNoMore account and what happens to your data after the deletion process.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your BrokeNoMore account, you need to request account deletion by emailing us:

Please include the following information in your email to help us process your request:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name (as registered in the app)
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

What Data Will Be Deleted

When we delete your account, the following data will be removed permanently from our servers:

  • Email address and login credentials
  • User profile data
  • All expense/budget entries
  • Group split records
  • Credit balance and subscription info
  • App settings and preferences
  • Analytics identifiers linked to your account

What Data We May Temporarily Retain

Certain limited data may be kept for up to 30 days, only for:

  • Legal or regulatory compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Backup integrity
  • Security checks

After this retention period, all such data is permanently erased.

We do not retain or sell any user data for marketing or advertising.

Important Notes

  • Any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited and cannot be refunded
